Subscriptions are billed by Google Play. Requests within Google's direct refund window should be submitted through Google Play. For later requests, contact net ss studio with the Google Play order ID and reason.
Verified duplicate charges, undelivered access, and confirmed technical failures will be reviewed for an appropriate refund. Successfully delivered and used subscription periods are normally non-refundable except where Google Play policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a completed period. Refund and revoke may end access immediately. An older duplicate order may be refunded while the valid subscription remains active.
